Cancellation & Conditions :
- Any modification or cancellation by customer must be notified by e-mail or in person at the agency .
- Cancellation of a confirmed booking by customer, a service fee will be charged.
- Keiffel shall not be held liable to any damage ,loss of property, injury or death of persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any other provider .
- In case an activity is cancelled due to weather conditions, Keiffel Tours guarantee all customers a re-scheduling or refund.
- Keiffel will not be liable incase of weather changes during excursions.
- Keiffel reserve the right to modify or cancel a booking.
